We deliver nationwide!

Other products in our shop such as face masks are also delivered to your door.

There are multiple delivery options available, which you will be shown during our sleek and simplified checkout process. these include:

Delivery to your door

• Nationwide delivery in South Africa has a standard fee of R100 per order.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 10-15 working days.
• Please make sure to specify the correct delivery address during the checkout process. Scrubd will not offer a refund due to any incorrect address entered by you during checkout.
• Important: Due to Covid-19, there may be a few days delay with delivering large quantity orders as sanitary due diligence is required to keep our staff and customers safe.
• We make use of standard courier delivery using various courier partners including but not limited to Fastway, The Courier Guy and Internet Express.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email for tracking details
  • It is at this point where your order has left our hands and it is best to contact the corresponding courier directly for any questions or delays.

Delivery to a Pep store (PAXI)

• PAXI delivery to any Pep store or PAXI point in South Africa has a standard fee of R60 per order.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 10-15 working days.
• Please make sure to specify the correct delivery address i.e. Pep store address during the checkout process. Scrubd will not offer a refund due to any incorrect address entered by you during checkout.
• Important: Due to Covid-19, there may be a few days delay with delivering large quantity orders as sanitary due diligence is required to keep our staff and customers safe.
• Important: PAXI is not our standard delivery service. Please enquire prior to ordering if you would like to make use of PAXI as we would need to coordinate with a Scrubd agent to drop off your order at the preferred PAXI point

Collection

• Production of scrubs usually take 7-10 days and dispatched shortly after.
• Collection can be done in and around Claremont, Cape Town or at any location agreed with a Scrubd representative.
  • Durban collections are to be done on request only. This needs to be agreed with a Scrubd agent.
  • Important: we recommend you contact us either via the contact form, WhatsApp or Instagram and reference your order
• Collection is FREE!

Outlying Areas

• Scrubd aims to deliver to anywhere within South Africa, however should your area be extremely outlying we will contact you regarding alternative arrangements.

Embroidery

• If you have added embroidery to your scrub top, expect an additional 7-10 days before your order is dispatched.
• Please note that If your embroidered scrub is included with any additional items such as face masks, the additional wait will still apply before you receive your purchases.
• We do not offer embroidery on some of our scrubs if they have poor visibility against the print. This will be indicated on the product page of the specific scrub when appropriate.

Digital Vouchers

• Digital Vouchers can be emailed directly to your specified email address during purchase.
  • You can purchase a digital voucher for yourself or
  • Send a Digital Voucher to someone for their birthday or another event.
• It is usually immediate (as soon as payment is received) but please allow a few minutes for it to be sent.
